Star of A&E's "Flip this House" Armando Montelongo is in hot water.

Recent TV reality star of A&E's "Flip This House" Armando Montelongo  is probably getting a little more exposure than bargained for. Armando's new found fame and success comes with the price of public scrutiny, as he & his wife deals with a spiderweb of litigation and controversy.

Based upon Montelongo's braggadocios claims of flipping up to 30 houses in one month, absolutely never losing money on a deal & becoming a millionaire in 1 year it would be hard to think that every project is not profitable. Unfortunately, that is not the case, as he has been charged with theft of services by the Travis County Court in  Austin, TX. According to the arrest affidavit Reliance Appraisals were hired to conduct several appraisals but were never paid for services rendered. A total cost of over $4,100. If found guilty he could be facing up to 2 years in prison along with 10k in fines. But wait, there's more! Back in August of 2007 Mandoman Management Inc, owned by Montelongo, was desperately trying to prevent lender VCH Funding Group from foreclosing on 4 different properties he financed through them.

In addition to cheating others to make his money, Armando also peddles his real estate techniques through audio and books. His total package is $997 which includes 5 Cd's and Study Guides. I would normally provide a link so you can check it out yourself but in this case its not even worth copying and pasting this scumbag's url. His course is nothing more than regurgitated material from other authors along with cookie cutter contracts that are grossly unfair to laborers involved.  Buyer Beware, Armando Montelongo is a crook and a thief so do yourself a favor and do not bother buying any of his products.
